The Teltonika TRB140 is a durable, industrial-grade cellular gateway built for M2M (Machine-to-Machine) and IoT deployments. It is equipped with a 4G LTE Cat 4 modem, providing download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds of 50 Mbps. Its core functionality is to provide a reliable mobile internet connection to a single connected device. It features a single Gigabit Ethernet port, which supports passive PoE for flexible power options.

The TRB140 is a minimalist yet powerful solution, designed to be quickly deployed in harsh environments. It is housed in a rugged aluminum casing and has a wide operating temperature range of -40 °C to 75 °C. It runs on Teltonika’s powerful RutOS, an OpenWrt-based Linux operating system that offers a comprehensive suite of advanced networking and security features. These include multiple VPN protocols (such as OpenVPN, IPsec, and WireGuard), a robust firewall, and remote management capabilities via the Teltonika Remote Management System (RMS). The gateway also includes configurable digital inputs and outputs, allowing for remote control and monitoring of connected equipment.
