The Teltonika RUT950 is a secure and feature-rich cellular router that provides high-performance connectivity with its 4G (LTE) Cat 4 mobile module, capable of download speeds up to 150 Mbps. A key feature is its dual SIM slots with an automatic failover system, which provides crucial connectivity redundancy by switching to a secondary SIM card based on a weak signal, data limits, or network failure.

For local networking, the router is equipped with four 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports (one of which is configurable as a WAN port) and Wi-Fi 4 (802.11b/g/n) connectivity, supporting up to 100 simultaneous clients. It is powered by Teltonika’s RutOS, a robust Linux-based operating system that provides a wide range of advanced networking and security features. These include a powerful firewall, multiple VPN protocols (such as OpenVPN and IPsec), load balancing, VLAN support, and a comprehensive set of management tools.

The RUT950 is built to withstand harsh industrial environments, featuring a rugged aluminum casing and a wide operating temperature range of -40 °C to 75 °C. It supports a flexible power input of 9-30 VDC via a 4-pin industrial power socket and can also be powered by passive PoE (Power over Ethernet) on the LAN1 port. The external SMA connectors for LTE and RP-SMA connectors for Wi-Fi allow for the use of external antennas, making it possible to optimize signal reception in challenging locations
