The Dinstar DAG2000-16O FXO VoIP Gateway is a high-density, multi-functional analog gateway engineered for seamless connectivity between traditional analog telephone lines and IP-based communication networks. As a key component in Dinstar’s portfolio, it provides a robust and reliable solution for small and medium-sized businesses, call centers, and multi-location environments that require a scalable way to integrate a significant number of Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) lines with a modern VoIP system.

The DAG2000-16O is housed in a compact, 1U rack-mountable chassis and features 16 RJ11 FXO ports. An FXO (Foreign Exchange Office) port is used to connect to an external analog telephone line from a phone company’s Central Office (CO) or an FXS extension on a traditional PBX. This high port density allows the gateway to serve as a reliable trunk for a large volume of inbound and outbound call traffic, preserving a business’s investment in existing telephone lines and numbers. The gateway is built on a high-stability, market-proven hardware design with an embedded operating system, ensuring carrier-grade reliability and uninterrupted communication.
