The Teltonika TST100 is a professional-grade GPS tracker engineered for use with electric scooters. It features an integrated GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, etc.) module for precise location tracking and a 2G GSM module for communication and remote control. Its primary function is to enable real-time tracking, remote control, and data acquisition from e-scooters for sharing platforms and rental companies.

A key feature of the TST100 is its ability to interface directly with a scooter’s Electronic Control Unit (ECU) via a proprietary connector. This allows it to read critical data such as current speed, total mileage, battery percentage, and error codes. It also enables remote control functions, including the ability to lock/unlock the scooter, turn on/off the lights, and set speed limits. The device has a built-in Bluetooth 4.0 LE radio for connecting to the Teltonika Configurator app for easy setup and management.

The TST100 is built to withstand outdoor use in various weather conditions, with a high IP65 ingress protection rating. It supports a wide power supply voltage range of 8-50 VDC, making it compatible with a variety of scooter models. For added reliability, it includes an internal 170 mAh Li-ion battery for backup power. The device’s functionality is managed through a central telematics platform, allowing for real-time monitoring, geofencing, and other event-based scenarios. Firmware updates and configuration changes can be performed remotely via FOTA (Firmware-Over-The-Air), simplifying maintenance for large fleets.
