The Ubiquiti POE-24-12W is a compact PoE injector that provides 24V DC at 0.5A, for a total power output of 12W. It features a standard 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port and is not compatible with Gigabit Ethernet speeds. This adapter is a “passive” PoE device, meaning it does not perform a power negotiation with the connected device; it constantly supplies a fixed voltage to the Ethernet cable.
