The Logitech RoomMate is a compact, purpose-built computing appliance designed to run video conferencing software and power video bars and cameras in a professional setting. It is the heart of a Logitech Room Solution when a dedicated PC is not desired or required. RoomMate simplifies meeting room setups by replacing a traditional dedicated PC with a small, fanless device that can be mounted discreetly behind a display or in a credenza. It runs Logitech’s CollabOS operating system, providing a secure, stable, and simplified user experience.

RoomMate is engineered to power Logitech’s premium conference room devices, including the Rally Bar Mini, Rally Bar, and Rally camera, and to work with controllers like the Logitech Tap IP. It supports a wide range of accessories, including the Logitech Scribe whiteboard camera and Rally Mic Pods. It is pre-configured to run leading video conferencing platforms in appliance mode, including Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, Zoom Rooms, and Google Meet Rooms. The device’s robust connectivity includes multiple USB ports for cameras and audio devices, an Ethernet port with PoE, and dual HDMI outputs to support two displays. RoomMate can be easily managed and monitored remotely by IT teams using Logitech Sync.
