The JBL Tune Buds (model JBLTBUDSBLK) are true wireless earbuds that offer a blend of signature JBL sound, Active Noise Cancelling, and practical features for daily use. They are equipped with 10mm dynamic drivers that are engineered to deliver JBL Pure Bass Sound, providing a powerful and immersive audio experience with a deep, resonant low end. The ergonomic “bud” design is crafted for all-day comfort and a secure fit, while also providing excellent passive noise isolation.

A key feature of these earbuds is Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) with Smart Ambient. The ANC technology helps to minimize audio distractions, allowing you to focus on your music or podcasts. When you need to be aware of your surroundings, Ambient Aware mode lets in external sounds, and TalkThru allows for quick conversations without removing the earbuds. The earbuds are rated IP54 water and dust-resistant, making them durable enough for workouts, rain, and daily commutes.

The Tune Buds offer an impressive total playback time of up to 48 hours (12 hours in the earbuds and an additional 36 hours from the charging case with ANC off). With ANC on, you still get a substantial 10 hours in the earbuds and 30 hours from the case. A speed charge feature provides 4 hours of playtime from just a 15-minute charge. They utilize Bluetooth 5.3 with support for LE Audio (via a future OTA update), which promises low power consumption and high-quality streaming. For calls, a total of four microphones ensure crisp, clear conversations, and the VoiceAware feature allows you to control how much of your own voice you hear. The headphones are also compatible with the JBL Headphones App, which lets you customize your listening experience with a customizable EQ, touch control gestures, and a “Find My Earbuds” feature.
