The Dinstar DAG1000-1S VoIP Gateway is a compact and cost-effective analog telephone adapter (ATA) designed for connecting a single traditional analog device to a modern VoIP network. It is the ideal solution for small businesses and residential users who want to leverage the benefits of VoIP service (such as reduced call costs and advanced features) without having to replace their existing analog phone or fax machine.

The DAG1000-1S is a dedicated, single-port device featuring 1 RJ11 FXS port. An FXS (Foreign Exchange Subscriber) port provides the analog telephone line, delivering dial tone, ringing voltage, and power to the connected device. This means the gateway can connect one standard analog phone, cordless phone, or fax machine, enabling it to function as a SIP endpoint. The gateway is fully compliant with the SIP protocol, ensuring excellent interoperability with a wide range of IP-PBXs, softswitches, and VoIP platforms.
