The Teltonika TCR100 is a dual-band Wi-Fi router with an integrated 4G LTE Cat 6 modem, providing a powerful and reliable internet connection for residential or small business use. The LTE Cat 6 module supports carrier aggregation, allowing for download speeds of up to 300 Mbps. It is designed to be used as a primary internet source in locations with poor or no fixed-line broadband, or as a failover backup to an existing wired connection.

For local networking, the TCR100 offers dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), with 2×2 MIMO on the 2.4 GHz band and 1×1 MIMO on the 5 GHz band. It also includes two 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports (one WAN/LAN and one LAN), which is a key difference from the industrial RUTX series which has Gigabit ports. The router runs on Teltonika’s powerful RutOS, an OpenWrt-based operating system that provides a wide range of advanced networking and security features, including multiple VPN protocols (OpenVPN, IPsec, L2TP, etc.), a customizable firewall, and extensive network management capabilities.

Unlike its industrial counterparts, the TCR100 features a sleek, compact plastic and aluminum casing and an informative LED display on the front panel that shows the active status of the mobile signal, Wi-Fi, and internet connection. It is designed for simple, plug-and-play setup. You simply insert a SIM card, power on the device, and it’s ready to provide a connection. For more advanced configuration and remote management, the TCR100 is compatible with the Teltonika Remote Management System (RMS).
