The IP-COM AP625 is an outdoor wireless bridge that operates on the 5 GHz frequency band, using the 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5) standard to achieve a maximum theoretical wireless rate of 433 Mbps. It is equipped with a high-gain, built-in 16 dBi directional antenna, which allows it to establish and maintain a stable signal over a distance of up to 10 kilometers. The AP625 is built to withstand harsh outdoor conditions, with an IP64 waterproof enclosure and 6000V lightning protection. It includes a Gigabit Ethernet port, which provides high-speed wired connectivity. The device supports a wide range of operating modes, including AP, Station, WISP, and Router, and features a user-friendly “auto-bridge” button for easy point-to-point setup.
