The Ubiquiti UniFi Access Intercom (UA-Intercom) is a powerful and versatile intercom terminal that integrates a variety of access control features. It boasts a large, bright 7-inch (177 mm) capacitive touchscreen display with a high luminance of up to 1000 nits, ensuring visibility even in direct sunlight. The intercom features an integrated 8 MP camera with a wide field of view (H: 79.4°, V: 97.5°, D: 118.2°) and a built-in floodlight for clear video monitoring, day or night. For two-way communication, it includes a microphone and a speaker, delivering crystal-clear, echo-free audio.

The UA-Intercom offers multiple ways to grant access, including a backlit physical keypad for PIN codes, NFC card and keyfob support, and QR code scanning. It can also be managed and unlocked remotely via the UniFi Identity mobile app or the UniFi Intercom Viewer. The device connects to a UniFi Access Hub via a single Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) port with PoE for both power and data. Its rugged design is built for durability, with an IP65 weatherproof rating and an operating temperature range of -30 to 60° C, making it suitable for exposed outdoor installations. It is centrally managed through the UniFi Access application, offering a seamless, unified platform for all access control needs.
